A whole 720 hours (30 days) trying to eat real, clean, healthy foods. Not even chocolate!

Day 1
Breakfast @ 9am
A can of tuna with a dollop of home-made mayo, half an avocado and a fried tomato. Coffee with coconut milk.
A very good (re)start if I say so myself :D
