Day 13

Breakfast @ 10:30am

Burgers (minced beef, finely diced onion, one egg white) with lettuce, fried beetroot slices and mayo.



I'm experimenting with high oleic acid sunflower oil now. It's half the price of olive oil, and I think it's just as good for me... I'm not going to check that though until I've used the bottle up. I;m afraid that if I find out it's not as good as I'd hoped then I'll feel have to chuck it out and I don't want to waste the food or the money...


Lunch - pollo (no plantain!)

Dinner - a huge radish, courgette fritters, and the leftover coconut/egg made into cinnamon pancakes.
