Day 14
Breakfast
Taco omelette with lettuce instead of avocado, black coffee.
Snack
Cold chicken, mayo, black coffee.
Lunch (4pm!)
Steak, fried egg, fried courgette, plantain and carrot slices.
Square of cocoa and spoon of coconut milk.
