Dinner
I made tacos/burritos with lettuce instead of the grain based wrap. Yum!
Minced beef and chilli powder, mayo, avocado, fried tomato, all in lettuce leaves, with a 'side' of courgette fritters.
Yesterday (I'm writing this on Tuesday - day 16) was awful. Really really low self esteem all day, terrible spots, felt fat and lazy.... At least I cooked well and resisted the temptation to bury myself in icecream. I'm so happy it's over!
