Breakfast
Black coffee, a small handful of almonds.
Grilled beef steak and too much plantain, small orange juice, and a cup of papaya and mango.
Eaten while walking around the Simon Bolivar Park - several kilometres!
Lunch
Two fried eggs, 1/4 of an avocado, small spoon of mayo, coffee with coconut milk.
Today I'm feeling a lot better. My skin is healing already - no new spots, just the scars/scabs/marks from yesterday. I still feel fat though - I'm eating correctly, but too much, and probably too late at night.
Walking around the Simoncho and trying to ignore the choclos was hard, but I did it :D
