Breakfast
(eaten on the run between classes)
A small handful of almonds, about 4 inches of a pepperami-type sausage, and a cup of mango/papaya. Black coffee in my first class (love those guys :D )
Snack
2 fried eggs with curry powder (I'd like to get more turmeric in my diet, but can't find it here except as a pre made curry mix - hoping to try it out with mayo and left over chicken soon), and a coffee with canned coconut milk (damn that stuff is good!)
Amazingly my breakfast was at 8:45, and my snack was at 1:30, but I didn't die in between. In fact I happily survived getting the wrong bus (twice!) and walking all around Homecentre and Exito. I wasn't the happiest I've ever been (thoughts of bed and huge plates of food were rather intrusive) but I definitely managed that a lot better than I ever have before (ie: no will-kill-for-food-or-for-looking-at-me moments). Huzzah :)
