Day 18

Lunch
Lettuce wraps (avocado, fried tomato, minced beef with chilli powder, mayo) with 'chips' (chunkily cut beetroot and carrot slices, fried). Coffee with coconut milk.
My 'chips' weren't as crispy/crunchy as I'd hoped. Is it possible? Next time I'll try thinner than normal and see how they turn out.
Totally delicious :D

Dinner
Two fried eggs, each  sprinkled with curry powder and salt, and wrapped in lettuce leaves.

Wrapping food in other food makes it funner ;)
