Breakfast
Scrambled eggs, fried tomato, avocado, black coffee.
Lunch
Tuna, mayo, fried tomato, avocado.
Dinner
Chicken with plantain and a real lemonade (no sugar).
Snack
Cold chicken with mayo, fried carrots.
