Breakfast
Black coffee, courgette and onion fritters, spicy fried eggs, and a dollop of guacamole.
Lunch
Steak, fried carrots, red cabbage, mayo. Black coffee.
Dinner
Steak, fried beetroot, mayo.
Dinner II
Steak, mayo, fried carrots.
I did not get enough sleep last night. I've been hungry and in the mood for picking/grazing all day. Not good. It's very obvious now that my appetite really is connected to my sleep levels. At least I managed to restrain myself to healthy foods though, instead of eating the extra-large Jumbo bars I'd been craving.
