Spaghetti! With spicy tomato and beef sauce. Ok, julienned courgette, not pasta. It was close enough though! Am very excited about this new discovery :D If I ever get my hands on some decent (ie, not smoked) bacon I'm going to make a carbonara!
Lunch:
Tuna, tomato, mayo and avocado wraps. I added tomato puree to the tuna/mayo mixture as I didn't have any 'real' tomatoes to fry.
Steak, sauerkraut, fried carrots, mayo.
I've realised that I'm drinking a lot of (black) coffee. This is surprising! I don't feel the roller coaster of highs and crashes that I get with sugar, but I don't want to replace one 'addiction' with another. Must try to cut down.
