Day 28

Breakfast
2 fried eggs, each sprinkled with curry powder and chilli powder, wrapped in lettuce with a bit of mayo. Black coffee.

Lunch
Pollo y plantain. Black coffee with cinnamon.

Snack
Pollo and mayo.

Dinner
Peanut Noodles!!!!!!! (recipe coming soon) with spinach and steak. I'd missed this soooooo much!!!!! :D :D :D
