Day 30 !!!!!!!

Breakfast
A cup of chicken stock/broth (from a powder)
2 scrambled eggs, a small piece of pork, a slice of avocado, and peanut sauce mixed with mayo. And a black coffee.

I'm not sure what to do tomorrow... I'm actually quite nervous! I'd like to continue a bit longer, to be healthy for as long as possible, but on the other hand I'm really curious to reintroduce certain foods and see how they affect me... But then again I feel like I just don't want to know if the answer is that they're noticeably bad for me! ...

Snack
Small steak, julienned carrot and cucumber, sesame oil and seeds.


Lunch
Tuna, mayo, fried tomato and avocado lettuce wraps.

Another snack
Small steak, julienned carrot and cucumber,, shredded lettuce sesame oil and seeds.

Dinner
Pork chop, lots of lettuce, mayo with added sesame oil.

Sesame oil = addictive....
