Day 31

Breakfast
Carrot latkes, beef and onion burgers, mayo. Chicken stock.


I've decided to carry on for another couple of days. On Thursdays one of my classes always weigh themselves so I'll have some scales handy. I don't want to undo all of the good eating over the past month today by eating something that, it turns out, doesn't agree with me, before I get a chance to see the results. I'm not optimistic about having lost weight though, although on average my skin is much better. The extra day or two will also give me time to plan which foods I'm going to try and in which order. Really nervous!

Snack
More carrot latkes, with peanut mayo sauce.

Lunch
Mince, tomato and onion. Salad, avocado, and a fried egg. Like a bandeja paisa without the ... well, without most of it really. But if you squint you can kind of see the resemblance :D


Dinner
Pork, lettuce, and peanut mayo sauce.
