Food:
Breakfast - huevos pericos (2), bulletproof coffee.
Lunch - pork chop, lots of salad, a bit of plantain.
Pre-tkd snack - too many almonds (a big handful) and fruit tea.
Post-tkd - chamomile tea.
Today I am grateful for:
still being on the high that you can only get from spending time with great friends - bbq yesterday
one last lie in before work starts on Tuesday
a new beginning - Monday, April, Whole 30
someone to do the Whole 30 with
my awesome tkd friends
