Day 10

Food:
Breakfast: chai tea, tuna, mayo, lettuce and carrot salad (with some sauteed onions too)
Lunch: steak, carrot, red cabbage, lettuce, mayo
Dinner: small steak, cucumber, mayo


What I'm grateful for today:
  • MY BROTHER COMING TO VISIT ME!!!!!!! (I will try not to put this everyday - you can take it as read that I'm grateful for it from now on :D )
  • having lost exactly a kilo already this month
  • my skin clearing up (not totally, but it's markedly better)
