Day 17

Food:
Breakfast: black coffee, scrambled eggs with coriander, avocado, fried onion and tomato, and a large cup of borscht. Nomz.
Lunch: tuna with mayo, avocado, onion, chilli powder, carrot and lettuce.
Dinner: small steak, carrot, mayo and avocado salad.


Things I'm grateful for today:

  • not being inVenezuela (sorry, but it's true)
  • having a really awesome tkd teacher who pushes me (literally) to do my best
  • having a great group of compaƱeros in tkd who make me laugh (and who usually laugh with, not at, me too)
