Day 2

Food:
Breakfast: black coffee; tea with cinnamon and cloves; tea with cinnamon, cloves and coconut milk
Lunch: steak (yum!) and salad with salt and lime juice instead of my usual mayo.
Post work snack: homemade chicken broth/stock.

Today I am grateful for:

  • my lovely students at the university
  • my amazing boyfriend who, when asked for directions to a local English school by a mother and daughter, proceeded to spend at least a quarter of an hour persuading them that they should contact me instead
  • having money in the bank (even if it's all coming out tomorrow to pay for health insurance)
