Breakfast: lots of black tea with cinnamon and cloves
Lunch: large steak with carrots and peas and mayo. Lots more tea :)
Dinner: small steak with mayo and tomatoes. Small amount of chamomile tea.
It was going to be a fast day, but life happened and it was either eat vast quantities of chocolate or the above. Thankfully knowing that I'm not alone on this one helped me make the right choice :)
Today I'm grateful for:
- it being payday tomorrow (in theory, at least!)
- having such wonderful friends/colleagues who look after me at work
- having such entertaining and intelligent students
- being accountable (I feel much happier at the moment knowing I didn't give in and eat chocolate earlier, than I would be if I'd eaten it)
