Day 6

Food:
Breakfast: bulletproof coffee
Brunch: steak, carrot and red cabbage salad with mayo.
Snack: chai tea with lots of coconut milk
Dinner: chicken and plantain. (about half an hour later I'm hungry again... too much plantain!)


What I'm grateful for today:
  • having a whole week left before my tkd exam
  • emails from mum
  • a day off
