Breakfast: coffee with lots of coconut milk
Lunch: Chicken and carrot/red cabbage salad with mayo and avocado
Dinner: steak with carrot, red cabbage and mayo
Pudding: fresh coconut (if only it were sold nearer my house)
Today I'm grateful for:
- my new turquoise jacket - the first piece of clothing I've bought in months
- the Virgilio Barco library - possibly the most beautiful and tranquil (when the train isn't passing) places I've ever given a lesson
- being able to pay my rent and my tkd classes AND the tkd exam - phew!
- having red hair
- having done a "tabata sprint" and survived (I obviously didn't push myself hard enough!)
